Long Term Relationship
[Last logged on : a long time ago]
I'm relying mainly on the information from the set questions for now. Honesty, openness, and kindness are all important to me. Someone recently said they thought I needed someone quite intellectual; emotional intelligence certainly. Similar values and mutual respect and understanding. Someone I can feel relaxed with (as I'm a bit of a worrier), have good conversations with and laugh with. Chemistry! I can be very serious, and deep, but also fun and lively with the right person. I'm very independent - perhaps too much so sometimes - but enjoy a man doing gentlemanly things for me. If he wants to drive us places that would be nice, as I sold my car years ago. Nice to get out into the country sometimes.

5' 4'' (1.62m)
Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition B.A. (Hons) Business Administration HND Business & Finance
I was christened but no strong beliefs these days
Slim, curly red hair
French, It was always a dream to be fluent in French. I have worked in France quite a lot for short periods, and French-speaking Tunisia. Paris for a few months. Was going regularly to French classes but other priorities now. But love the language.
Musical Instruments played:
Used to play piano, but definitely not now!
Jazz, Opera, Pop, 80s music, 90s music
Sports and exercise:
Swimming, I regularly swim, and find outdoor pools in the summer. Yoga about once a week.
Interests and activities:
Cooking, ...ceroc, Friends, Gardening, Health and Fitness, Reading, Theatre, TV, Voluntary Work, Walking, Yoga, I have always cooked, and since studying nutrition my cooking generally gets healthier.. Used to do ceroc, great fun but sort of moved on from it. Chatting and eating out with friends. Love theatre, especially musicals.
Animals and Pets:
None at the moment, but would like to have a cat if and when one day I live in the country, so it can run around and be free. I love their independence, and when you pick them up they're so relaxed.
Newspapers and magazines:
Daily Mail on Saturday sometimes. I think because I spend a lot of time learning more about biochemistry, nutrition and scientific stuff, I like to relax with what some might say rubbishy papers like this one (as with watching reality TV and soaps, as above). The Times on Saturday has interesting things in it.
Bill Bryson, Danielle Steel, Helen Fielding, Jilly Cooper, Louis de Bernieres, Maeve Binchy, Nick Hornby, I've just marked the authors of books I've read in the past. But - sorry - I would probably take these days something like The Magnesium Miracle, The Functional Nutrition Cookbook, Eat to Get Younger, Grain Brain, Biochemical Imbalances in Disease, The Paleo Solution.
Jean de Florette, Manhattan, Not sure of/not seen most of the above, but like French films as I can't resist trying still to practice my French when watching them. Romance, comedies.
Enjoyable evening out:
Cinema, Meal, Musical, Theatre.
Fish and Chips, Handmade Pizza, Lasagne, Lemongrass and ginger marinated chicken, Mediterranean vegetables, Roast Beef and Yorkshire pudding, Steak and chips, Tomato + Mozarella salad, Any of those I've marked above - although I try and eat and drink well 80% of the time due to my profession, the 20% when out and about I eat what I like. Always includes a salad and lots of veg though :)
Safari in Africa, Out of the choices above, the safari I suppose. Otherwise anywhere in France, or beautiful mountains somewhere in the Alps perhaps. A luxurious health spa somewhere. Places like Iceland and remote areas in Italy or Greece where the people have been found to live the longest due to their natural healthy diets and lifestyle :) Lovely country hotels in the UK.
In another life:
Cleopatra, Marilyn Monroe, an artist, a dancer, a doctor.
Adventurous, Caring, Courageous, Friendly, Generous, Independent, Intellectual, Reliable, Sensitive, Strong, Stylish, Thoughtful.
