An Australian couple recent tied the knot underwater in Vietnam, after falling in love with the beautiful landscapes to be found under the sea.
Rather than rushing around organising flowers and hair-dos, the couple, Tamara and Clint, spent the day before their wedding practicing with the local diving instructors, reports VietnamNet.
On the day itself, the couple jetted out on a sailing boat to the point where the ceremony would take place.
They wore traditional Vietnamese costume over their diving gear.
After posing for photographs with friends and family, the couple jumped ship and exchanged kisses before descending to a depth of five metres below sea level. Then the ceremony began.
On the sandy seabed, the groom swam to his bride bearing a bouquet of flowers. They knelt on the bottom and exchanged wedding rings and kisses.
Clint said: "It is such an exotic and special experience for us."
The pair plan to have a big party to celebrate their marriage when they return to Australia.
