Kill Bill star Uma Thurman has got engaged to relatively new partner Arpad Bussan.
Known as Arki, the Swiss millionaire is said to have swept her off her feet in their whirlwind romance, having met the actress at a party in July.
Thurman was said to be shocked, but also delighted when he proposed.
A source said: "They have only been together a few months, but Arpad was determined to snap Uma up as quickly as possible.
"They make a great couple and are totally smitten with each other."
But both have experienced the thrill of romance before. Uma has been married twice, to Gary Oldman and Ethan Hawke, the latter being the father of her two children.
And Arpad has two children with supermodel Elle Macpherson, from whom he separated in 2005.
The new pair are yet to set a date or choose a location for their nuptials, but a star-studded guest list is expected to be in attendance.
