It seems that some people never give up on searching for love, as a 107-year-old woman has sent her nephews and nieces out to find her a man.
According to the Chongqing Commercial Times, Chinese Wang Guiying said she was concerned that she may be becoming a burden on her family so needed someone to look after her in her old age.
Miss Wang said: "Although helping others makes me happy, I have gradually become a big burden for my family members."
Her nephews and nieces were instructed that any potential suitor must be over 100, in order that they both have something in common.
She had been reluctant to marry after witnessing an unhappy relationship between her aunt and uncle but admitted: "My younger brother was happy after he got married, but I was still afraid of marriage."
The average age for first marriages in England and Wales is 31 for men and 29 for women, according to the Office of National Statistics figures from 2005.
