Gay prince comes to Brighton in search of love

The BBC is to broadcast a programme that follows the lives of three princes from India, Sri Lanka and South Africa as they come to Brighton from their native countries in search of love.
However, as these men all suffer from the dilemma of worrying whether someone is attracted to them for their money, the programme aims to keep their wealth and status undercover.
The Hindustan Times reports on Crown Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil from Rajpipla in Gujarat, India, who is gay and has come to the UK with the hope of finding true love.
Gohil had to take on the name Mani and was asked to work in small jobs so that his true identity wouldn't be revealed.
Commenting on his experiences in India, Gohil said: "I don't think I could have found love in India because people who were attracted to me were more attracted by my princely fortune or princely status.
"I was undercover here, so it was easier - a litmus test - whether a person is genuinely in love with me."
Relationship expert Kate Taylor recently explained on GMTV's website that those searching for love online should look at members that are recommended by dating websites as they could find people who may share common interests.
