Beyonce and Jay-Z engaged

Jay-Z has proposed to Beyonce after years of rumours that the pair were planning to tie the knot.

The proposal is said to have taken place while the couple were holidaying in Cannes.
Although he is yet to produce a ring, Jay-Z is said to have promised his fiancee "the biggest diamond she can fit on her finger".
The couple have a twelve year age gap between them and have been together since 2002.
The bootylicious star told the News of the World: "I want to get married and really want a family - in a perfect world I'd have two boys and a girl.
"You know someone loves you by the way he treats you and respects you. Me and Jay respect each other."
The pair plan to marry in Hawaii in the autumn, in a wedding described by a source as "the hip-hop wedding to end all hip-hop weddings".
Beyonce is currently on tour in London and Jay-Z is said to have cancelled some of his tour dates to come and visit her.
